DEPOSIT TERMS

For all custom made items, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required to place order. Under certain circumstances, a higher deposit amount is required (to be determined at the time of order placement).

 

WARRANTY

If you have used another jeweller to repair or re-size your item of jewellery, we are not responsible for their quality of work, and all warranty terms will be forfeited.

 

VALUATION CERTIFICATES

A valuation certificate can be provided at the customer's expense. Your insurance policy may require you to update your valuation certificate periodically, so please ask your insurance provider to make sure you are accurately covered for damage or loss.
